Anyway here we go:
This is the new Skipjack standing near where the pool is (my house is at the very endon the left) These are all one story homes, but most of the community is comprised of two story homes. The one stories are field grade quarters or disabled accessible homes.
Here's another of the street. My house is centered in the photo. You can see the two story homes off to the back right of the photo and you can see Koelper Street back there, too.

Oh my... it looks SO different! Do you have my backyard now? House is SWEET! Master bath with soaking tub? Really? Remember those teeeny tiiiiny shower stalls that no adult could possibly shower in?!
ReplyDeleteThat is GREAT! Your garage is so huge...and I'm so happy you get that awesome view for at least a few months! Your m.b. opens onto the porch - sooo cool. So much space - and way diff from the other house(s)!....I love the way those new houses smell. Hooray for the beach. =)

ReplyDeleteMichelle, my house backs up to Koelper. I am actually down where Sailfish used to be. You know that space between you and Khris? It would be like that space but on Sailfish, instead of Skipjack. Skipjack is like a U shape instead of a cul-de-sac.
If you look at the picture, the first house on the left, which is like the third house on the street is located where your house was.

I love the floor plan of the new house, too. The only thing I like about this house better than the new house is the master bedroom. However, the garden tub makes it all worth while.
It will be fine, it's just a lot of work. Will give me something to do with my free time... hahahaha

Morgan...Thank you so much for posting those! I am so green with envy right now!!! We lived on Dolphin (across from Liz) and then moved over to Koelper...and then moved to VA...oh, how I wish we lived on Koelper and were getting ready to soak in a new garden tub!!!!! You have such an awesome location...except for the barking seals! Seeing these makes me miss CA!!!!
